About the Journal

Scope and Focus:
This journal publishes original research, systematic reviews, case studies, and technical reports related to sport and human performance. Topics include but are not limited to training load management, muscle physiology, wearable tech, neurocognitive performance, return-to-play protocols, talent development, gender-specific studies, and environmental adaptation. If it impacts performance, safety, or human potential through sport, it belongs here. We accept submissions from academic labs, clinical settings, elite training environments, and multidisciplinary collaborations.

Open Access Policy:
All articles are published under a Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) license. That means global access, permanent availability, and full reusability with attribution. No hidden content. No broken links. Just research that stays open.

Editorial and Peer Review Process:
We follow a double-blind peer review model, ensuring fair and balanced feedback from subject-matter experts. The editorial board consists of experienced researchers, clinicians, and performance scientists. Turnaround time from submission to first decision typically ranges from 6 to 8 weeks.

Copyright and Licensing:
Authors retain full copyright over their work. All accepted articles are published under a CC BY license, allowing others to build on the research while crediting the original authors.

Article Processing Charges:
