About the Journal
Creative Arts and Literature Journal is published under the SERN umbrella. Every article, poem, artwork, and essay is freely available without paywalls or subscription barriers; authors retain copyright under Creative Commons Attribution so their work can be shared, explored, and built upon with full credit; we believe true creative impact thrives through openness.
We accept a wide range of submissions: poetry, micro‑fiction, creative non‑fiction, visual art portfolios, book reviews, and critical essays that interrogate the craft of writing or artwork. Our scope welcomes experimental approaches; whether someone’s deconstructing narrative form, blending visual arts with words, or writing across cultures and identities. We want work that engages aesthetic rigor and imaginative play.
All submissions are reviewed through a double‑blind peer process by a panel of editors, literary practitioners, and critics with a passion for craft and honesty in feedback; we believe each submission deserves thoughtful, constructive critique, not just scoring.
Authors retain full copyright and are encouraged to share their work widely; commercial licensing or anthology use is welcome as long as proper attribution is maintained. We adhere strictly to COPE and international ethical standards: all conflicts of interest must be disclosed; plagiarism and duplicate submissions are grounds for immediate rejection; confidentiality and author rights are paramount.
